Line, braid, wire, thread, fishing line, whatever we want to call it: it is that subtle “thing” through which all our anglers dreams pass and put us in contact with the fish strength, with its desperate courage, with the true wild nature.
A mutual exchange of emotions during battles converge and exists only thanks to the component apparently more delicate and subtle, if you think about it, all our fishing equipment. Everything passes there. Even this alone can make us understand how much, of our fishing adventure depends on the braid that we, spinning anglers are now used to adopt.
The company’s philosophy has always been to give targeted and optimize products. For this reason we wanted to create something that was above all functional and balanced to the real needs of anglers in fishing, focusing the attention on the three most important factors that must ensure a braid: great castability, to go as far as possible and cover a larger area; super abrasion resistences, to prevent any contact that may arise during the fight and frustrate all the fishing action; high knot strength, to avoid cancelling all our efforts and emotions in one detail with a banal break.
It is therefore useless to propose extremely soft braids that allow you to cast very long but which are destroyed as soon as they touch a rock or which peel off within a day or on the contrary, with characteristics optimized for other techniques which however penalize the launch, for example. As always, you need a product designed and built for the type of fishing it has to carry out in order to obtain, as in this case, great performance, great reliability and a longer than average duration of braided lines on the market.
S8S, indicates a braid with 8 strands, 100% micro polyethylene fibers, made in Taiwan. Sold in Blue Navy for spinning and Pink for eging. It is marketed with 150 m spools exclusively in PE 0.8 and PE 1.0, while with 300 m spools from PE 1.0 up to PE 4.0 with the characteristics highlighted in the table.
