Description
The Eja 115 retains many of the technical features of the series but with an efficiency and ease of swimming that make it highly appreciated from the very first use.
Particularly functional for seabass fishing, it is equally suitable for targeting all medium-sized marine predators, both because of its weight, which is perfectly compatible with the classic all round sea rod, see Labrax, and because of its size, which makes it the classic “treat” that predators cannot give up.
It uses BKK 4x strong break round treble hooks, #4.
Sea, reefs, boats, estuaries, lagoons, these are the typical contexts in which you can cast it with great satisfaction, but it is also very valid for use in fresh water in rivers, lakes, canals for black bass, chub, asps, pike, trout, Mediterranean shad, etc.
During retrieve it emits very natural vibrations, it counteracts side currents very well and responds immediately to any solicitation from the angler who never loses contact with the bait.
The response to jerk is immediate and in this it is somewhat similar to the larger model Eja 130.
Designed to be used with medium/medium-light components in saltwater, it obviously changes its light buoyancy status when used with heavier than recommended components, gradually becoming suspending and, as the weight of the components increases, slightly sinking in sea and freshwater. We recommend using Eja 115 with the Jack 20 lbs.
